A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux

Dung Slinger

is a physics based platformer about a dung beetle chained to a dung ball. The challenge of the game is using the ball to move both it and the character through the level.

Imprisoned for being yourself

The little Dung Beetle was chained to their Dung Ball and thrown into the deepest cell of the anthill castle. With a strange fungus going rampant in the castle, turning all the ants into mindless zombies, now is your chance to help the little Dung Beetle escape their prison and get back their freedom!

The challenges ahead...

The anthill castle has 5 floors, each with their own mechanics to help you master control over your Dung Ball and to challenge you into becoming a true Dung Slinger! Oh and please help out any fireflies you see caged up along the way, the poor fellas don't seeming to be doing so good themselves...

Full Controller Support

The game is playable with Mouse / Keyboard or Controller!

Hello, hello. I enjoyed the demo at talk&play and got it here to toy around some more. Did not expect there to be this many more levels! I really liked the bouncing jelly and rails. The pinball pacing was much better the second time around looking for all collectables and with these new elements mixed in.

Also it looks like besides all the walls above the spiders having no collision, you can also straight up walk through the breakable prison cell wall at the start and kinda get stuck hanging out of it, requiring a reset.

Hey guys! Great game! Lots of fun. I love these types of games and it's a shame it wasn't optimized that well. None the less, I still played it through. I also made a video on it, hope yall don't mind. :D

Keep it up,
Cheers!

Solid videogame design, fresh ball-and-chain mechanic that is easy to learn and allows really fun movement when mastered, and all-around enjoyable gameplay.

This one is a winner. Looking forward for an extended commercial version!

Wow!! Really great fun! The pacing felt just right. Level 3 was my favorite, the bouncy floors are such a fun pairing with the physics.

Really fun short game, loved the Artstyle and gameplay.
The movement is very smooth and satisfying to complete levels and passages with.
Will recommend further.

Wow, this game is really fun to play. At the start it has a learning curve but when you wrap you head around hitting the dung ball as movement the game feels incredibly satisfying. I love how good it feels to combo the ball to fly through the level. It's honestly one of the best games I've played. Also the vibe and ascetics of this game are awesome. Well done.
